The Balloon Queen

We love our balloons and we hope you do to! 

The Canadian sun is something special and balloons aren't particularly fond of it's rays. When the weather heats up, special care must be taken to protect your balloons. 

DO NOT LEAVE BALLOONS IN A HOT CAR OR DIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME. ALSO DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN EXRTREAM COLD. LIKE ME, BALLOONS ARE VERY PATICULAR AND PREFER ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Bagged Balloons:
Bags should be used for transport only and balloons should not be left in the bag for any longer then one hour after pickup. Extended periods of time in bags can reduce the balloons float time. 

Latex Balloons:
As latex balloons are biodegradable, it is normal that they (all colors and clear) oxidize and become cloudy over time as they degrade. Heat, sun and high humidity can accelerate this process. Latex balloons are not reusable. It is illegal to release more than 19 balloons into the air. Please recycle.

Floating Time:
Typically a standard 11” latex balloon will last 10-12 hours depending on heat and humidity. Treated with Hi Float these balloons will last weeks, however they do look their absolute best in the first few days.  Exposure to warm temperatures can reduce the float time. Foil balloons generally last a week and sometimes more. Unlike latex balloons, mylar balloons hate the cold. If you have a mylar balloon in air conditioning or cold temperatures, for any period of time, the helium molecules will start to break up it WILL slowly begin to deflate. Once brought back into room temperature the balloon will expand to perfection again.

Delivery is available in London and surrounding area on weekends only. The local delivery fee is $20.00. Please email us for delivery rates for out of town orders.

Payment in full is required to secure a date and order all materials needed. In the event of an urgent matter the following options will be available to you…

• Change of date and time is available at no extra cost, pending schedule availability.
  
• Store credit can be given in the full amount for a future order. No expire date.
  
• A refund can be given of the balance remaining after the cost of materials that were purchased has been covered.

While we use the highest quality of balloons, materials, and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door they are out of our control and thus care is within your hands.
